5 Dress Trends I’m Jazzed About For Spring

Whenever Dôen does a new drop of dreamy dresses, they somehow always make me want another pretty floral dress, even though I admittedly have plenty. While perusing the new collection I noticed it hits on some of the trends I most want to wear this spring. Ever since L.A.-based It brand Dôen entered our lives back in 2016, it’s been a major deciding factor in what dress trends everyone will wear for any particular season. And it does so while staying true to the signature Dôen look, which is made up of free-flowing, pretty, vacation-ready dresses. New styles quickly fly out of stock and spotting a celebrity out and about in a Dôen dress has become commonplace.

So, it’s easy to see why new season drops from the brand and met with such shopper enthusiasm, including yours truly. (This one is inspired by the rich and colorful history of Mexico.) Every time a new Dôen collection is released, I think these dresses just keep getting better. And those were my exact thoughts when its new spring collection was released this week. Keep scrolling to find out which spring dress trends I spotted among the offerings and shop the gorgeous dresses that reflect each. Less than three months left of winter, folks!

Lingerie-inspired pieces were a huge trend on the S/S 20 runways, and the beautifully sheer dresses in Dôen’s spring collection are reflective of that. Just pair with a slip if you want more coverage.

Deep V-neck dresses are a natural way to embrace the ’70s revival that’s coming for your closet this spring.

In keeping with 2019’s oversized babydoll dresses that went viral, tiered skirts will continue to be a popular dress silhouette.

Asymmetrical, or handkerchief, hems may be subtle, but it’s a look that comes in and out of style. This spring, it’s definitely in.

If you loved the puffed sleeve craze of 2019, you’re in luck because your arms will continue to get lots of air flow this year.
