The Coolest Red Carpet Looks We Spotted At the Independent Spirit Awards

This award season has been filled with some pretty epic moments and we’ve covered the best red carpet looks from the Golden Globes to the Grammys, but the fun isn’t over yet. Yes, we’ll all be tuning into the Academy Awards on Sunday, but today our attention is fixated on the Oscar’s more casual, spontaneous, and anything-goes younger sibling affair, aka the Film Independent Spirit Awards.

The award show, now in its 35th year, will be held at the iconic Santa Monica Pier and celebrates the Independent Film community and independence in visual storytelling. Some of this year’s nominee’s include Jennifer Lopez, Renée Zellweger, and Octavia Spencer to name a few—with a slew of A-listers set to attend. Parks and Rec actress and comedian Aubrey Plaza will be hosting and has already vowed that the show will not be boring!

The red carpet looks are anything but boring either. Scroll down to get the details on what everyone is wearing to the 2020 Independent Spirit Awards.
